October Ride Figures

Ade's Road Cycling Blog

With October being the warmest I can remember it has been perfect riding weather, especially when you factor in that autumn can be a stunning season when it’s crisp and dry.  It’s been great fun to just ride again, and not race, although the hard work starts again very soon.  Year to date figures are in brackets

  • Distance 634.5 miles (5,501 miles)
  • Time 1d 15hrs 25mins (13d 8hrs 11mins)
  • Average speed 16.1mph (17.2mph)
  • Ascent 38,045ft (262,546ft)
  • Energy 25,769kcals (210,004kcals)
  • Average HR 131bpm (131bpm)
